Adherents of the human Universalist religion believe that the One God is attended in the Heavens by dozens or perhaps hundreds of celestials, led by five powerful Arch-Celestials. They believed that a sixth Arch-Celestial was banished from the Heavens after confronting the One God. He fell to earth, where he makes mischief as the Lord of Lies.
The Arch-Celestials cannot answer prayers (save the occasional vision offering cryptic guidance, perhaps) nor grant divine magic, but humans will sometimes pray to them to intercede on their behalf with the One God.
