The constellation Atrarora is named after the Almagest god Atrarora, the Salamander. It appears in the third month of autumn and represents the twelfth and final month of the year, Atraradaans, on the Common Calendar.
The constellation’s dominance in the heavens is preceded by Chelys and is followed by Elapida.
